ACCOMMODATIONS AND DINING

When you visit Thuya Lakes Lodge, in the wilderness of beautiful British Columbia, Canada, you will stay in one of our eight comfortable lakeshore log cabins, all situated far enough apart to ensure privacy, and all individually decorated with the kind of little touches that will make our lakeshore cabins "your home away from home".

All cabins are equipped with gas cooking stoves, electric fridges, wood stoves for heating, running cold water, basic pots, pans and dishes.

Our one bedroom cabins sleep 1 – 3 persons, two bedroom cabins sleep 2 – 7 persons, and our largest – a two bedroom with a loft, with full bathroom facilities, can sleep up to 8 adults comfortably, with the best view in the resort!

You will definitely enjoy the "picture postcard" views which change frequently as you relax on your deck overlooking the lake or sit by your campfire - Kamloops rainbow trout jumping by the shore, loons swimming back and forth, osprey and eagles catching their daily "limit", otters, muskrats and beavers playing in the water, a moose or deer across the lake, perhaps showing off their newest offspring - straight out of the pages of "National Geographic" - all here for you to enjoy as part of the "Thuya Lakes Lodge Experience" in British Columbia, Canada.

Nothing refreshes more than a hot shower after a long and satisfying day fly fishing for BC's wild Kamloops rainbow trout on the lake, and situated centrally is our washroom building, with flush toilets, hot showers and sinks. Our largest cabin with loft is equipped with full washroom facilities. As we are so remote, our resort is powered by a diesel generator.

Guests may either take advantage of our full American Plan which includes cabin, all meals, boat and motor or float tube equipment, and bedding or our Housekeeping Plan which includes cabin and use of a row boat every day. Please bring your own bedding (we can supply if necessary). We are able to comfortably accommodate 15 American Plan Guests or 25 Housekeeping Guests at one time.
